Terms and conditions of use
ARTICLE 1: Purpose
The purpose of these "general conditions of use" is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions under which the services of the satisfactory.fr website are made available and used by the "User".
The general conditions of use must be accepted by any User wishing to access the site. They constitute the contract between the site and the User. Access to the site by the User implies acceptance of these general conditions of use.

The www.satisfactory.fr website is published by SatisFactory SAS, a €47,650 company headquartered at 79/83 rue Baudin, 92300 Levallois-Perret.
The publication manager is Bertrand CHRISTOPHE.
The satisfactory.fr website is hosted by ONLINE, a société anonyme par actions simplifiée (simplified joint stock company) with capital of 214,410.50 Euros, headquartered at 8 rue de la ville l'Evêque - 75008 PARIS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number RCS PARIS B 433 115 904, VAT number FR35433115904.
ARTICLE 3: Definitions
The purpose of this clause is to define the various essential terms of the contract:
- User: this term refers to any person who uses the site or any of the services offered by the site.
- User content: data transmitted by the User within the site.
- Member: the User becomes a member when he/she is identified on the site.
- Username and password: this is all the information required to identify a User on the site. The login and password enable the User to access services reserved for members of the site. The password is confidential.
ARTICLE 4: Access to services
The site is accessible free of charge from any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User's expense.

The User requests prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication or copy of the various contents.
The User undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context. Use of the contents for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden.
Any content put online by the User is his/her sole responsibility. The User undertakes not to put any content online that could harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action taken by a third party against the site will be borne by the User.
User Content may be deleted or modified by the Site at any time and for any reason. The User does not receive any justification or notification prior to the deletion or modification of User Content.
ARTICLE 6: Personal data and cookies
The website does not collect any personal data except when the user makes a request via the forms present on the site where the user clearly authorizes the processing of his/her personal data.
In this case, the site ensures that the User's personal information is collected and processed in compliance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978.

The User assumes all risks associated with the use of his/her login and password. The site declines all responsibility.
Any use of the service by the User resulting directly or indirectly in damage must be compensated by the site.
The site cannot guarantee the security and confidentiality of data transmitted. However, the site undertakes to use all necessary means to guarantee data security and confidentiality to the best of its ability.

ARTICLE 9: Publication by the User
The site allows members to post comments.
In his publications, the member undertakes to respect the rules of Netiquette and the rules of law in force.
The site moderates publications a posteriori and reserves the right to refuse their publication online, without having to justify this to the member.
Members retain full ownership of their intellectual property rights. However, by publishing a publication on the site, he/she transfers to the publishing company the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, broadcast and distribute his/her publication, directly or through an authorized third party, throughout the world, on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of the intellectual property. In particular, the Member grants the right to use his or her publication on the Internet and cell phone networks.
The publishing company undertakes to include the member's name close to each use of its publication.
