ARTICLE 1: Purpose

The purpose of these "general terms of use" is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions for making the services on the satisfactory.fr site available and for their use by the "User".

The general terms and conditions of use must be accepted by any User wishing to access the site. They constitute the contract between the site and the User. Access to the site by the User signifies his acceptance of these general terms and conditions of use.

The satisfactory.fr website is published by SatisFactory SAS, a company with a capital of €47,650, whose registered office is located at 18/20, rue de Soleillet 75020 Paris.

The director of the publication is Fabien HOURI.

The host of the satisfactory.fr website is ONLINE, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 214,410.50 Euros, whose registered office is located at 8 rue de la ville l'Evêque - 75008 PARIS, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number RCS PARIS B 433 115 904, VAT number FR35433115904.

ARTICLE 3: Definitions

The purpose of this clause is to define the various essential terms of the contract:

  • User: this term refers to any person who uses the site or any of the services offered by the site.
  • User content: these are the data transmitted by the User within the site.
  • Member: the User becomes a member when he/she is identified on the site.
  • Username and password: this is all the information necessary to identify a User on the site. The username and password allow the User to access services reserved for site members. The password is confidential.

 ARTICLE 4: Access to services

The site is accessible free of charge in any place to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at his expense.

The User requests the prior authorization of the site for any reproduction, publication or copy of the various contents.

The User undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context. The use of the contents for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any content posted by the User is the sole responsibility of the User. The User undertakes not to put online any content that may harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action brought by an injured third party against the site will be taken care of by the User.

The User's content may be deleted or modified by the site at any time and for any reason. The User does not receive any justification and notification prior to the deletion or modification of the User content.

ARTICLE 6: Personal data and cookies

The website does not collect any personal data except when the user makes a request via the contact form.

In this case, the site ensures that the User collects and processes personal information in a way that respects privacy in accordance with law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.

The sources of the information published on the site are considered reliable. However, the site reserves the right to not guarantee the reliability of the sources. The User ensures that his password is kept secret. Any disclosure of the password, in any form, is prohibited.

The User assumes the risks associated with the use of his username and password. The site declines any responsibility.

Any use of the service by the User that directly or indirectly results in damage must be compensated for by the site.

The site does not guarantee optimal security and confidentiality of the data transmitted. However, the site undertakes to implement all necessary means to ensure the best possible security and confidentiality of data.

ARTICLE 9: Publication by the User

The site allows members to post comments.

In its publications, the member undertakes to comply with the rules of Netiquette and the rules of law in force.

The site exercises a posteriori moderation on the publications and reserves the right to refuse their publication online, without having to justify it to the member.

The member remains the owner of all its intellectual property rights. However, by publishing a publication on the site, it grants the publishing company the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute and distribute its publication, directly or through an authorized third party, worldwide, on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of the intellectual property. In particular, the Member assigns the right to use its publication on the Internet and on mobile telephone networks.

The publishing company undertakes to include the member's name in the vicinity of each use of its publication.
