- supply and operation of the SaaS Feedback Management/Quality Monitoring solution;
- collection, analysis, and reporting of customer feedback on behalf of its clients;
- collection, analysis, calculation, and reporting of compliance scores related to audio recordings;

- customer support and technical assistance;
- continuous improvement of services and user experience;
- system security, fraud and incident prevention;

No processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes without prior information or an appropriate legal basis.
