Customer satisfaction: a sector benchmark for a true vision of the market

Customer satisfaction: a sector benchmark for a true vision of the market

When you have a customer feedback system in place, the same question comes up again and again: what are these results worth? In other words, how do you compare with your peers and competitors? Is it possible to compare yourself with a real-time benchmark system?

Benchmark offer presentation

As part of our ongoing drive to bring innovations to our customers to help them monitor the experience they deliver to their own customers, we have decided to launch a new benchmark service.

In parallel with the launch of our new platformwe're developing a free, no-obligation benchmark function. The idea is to enable our customers to compare their NPS or overall satisfaction rate with the market average, on a monthly basis. As a specialist in feedback management, we benefit from a high volume of data, generating a comprehensive view of the market.

How do I join the program?

For this benchmark to exist, we need to obtain the agreement of at least three players in a sector, and introduce a common question in the questionnaires (recommendation or overall satisfaction).

This feature is available regardless of which version of our solution our customers are using.

Naturally, we are committed to guaranteeing the strictest confidentiality of our customers' data; each company obtains only the market average with no further details, and the data is not made public.

Does the idea of comparing your indicators with the industry average in real time appeal to you? Contact us to find out more!
