With a 40% increase in sales in 2013 and the strengthening of its teams, SatisFactory has confirmed its status as an expert in feedback management.
Paris, January 29, 2014 - Since 2008, SatisFactory has been supporting major French and international companies in the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction. Combining both consultancy and tools, and publisher of the Sharing-Data survey management solution, SatisFactory adds new dimensions to the research sector.
In 2013, sales increased by 40%. The year also saw the arrival of major accounts such as Cofinoga, Speedy, Oscaro, Manutan, Bouygues Construction and Homair, and a doubling of the workforce.
SatisFactory now offers major enhancements to its Sharing-Data survey management solution.
