Having attended the CRM Meetings every year, the entire SatisFactory team is delighted to finally be able to return to Cannes and its one-to-one meetings, for further enriching exchanges.
It's the perfect date for SatisFactory!
Talking about customer relations, explaining how we measure customer satisfaction, how we help improve the customer experience - that's what makes us want to go to work every day.
CRM Meetings is an opportunity to meet with decision-makers in the CRM, customer relations and marketing sectors who are responsible for customer satisfaction, and to talk about the projects they are imagining and implementing in their organizations. It's also an opportunity for us to present our SaaS Feedback solution, which measures the level of satisfaction at each point of contact throughout the customer journey.
It's also an opportunity for us to get to grips with new issues, new challenges and new business sectors, and to show how our solution adapts to these needs.
